Hugues Meyrath brings an extensive background in various leadership roles at global technology companies, most notably in the networking and data storage segments. Most recently, he served as Chief Product Officer of ServiceChannel, acquired by Fortive in 2021. Before that, he was Vice President at Dell Technologies Capital where he was responsible for driving venture funding, mergers & acquisitions, and other advisory roles for a diverse set of portfolio companies. He also held the role of Vice President of Product Management and Business Development for EMC’s Backup & Recovery Services, which offers a wide portfolio of data protection and business continuity products. Meyrath’s experience also includes executive roles at Juniper Networks, Brocade Communications, SBS, and Quantum.
Lewis Moorehead joined Quantum as Chief Accounting Officer in October 2018. Prior to joining Quantum, he was the Director of Finance, Accounting, and Tax at Carvana, Co., a publicly traded online retailer. Prior to his tenure at Carvana, he served as Managing Partner at Quassey, an investment firm. While at Quassey, he also served as Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer at Limelight Networks, a NASDAQ-listed global content-delivery network and SaaS provider. Prior to Limelight Networks, he held various executive finance and accounting leadership positions. Lewis began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Henk Jan Spanjaard is Quantum’s Chief Revenue Officer and is responsible for leading the company’s global sales organization. Henk Jan brings with him a strong sales and technical heritage and has more than 25 years of experience in the data storage, security, encryption, and networking industries, leading large teams in high-growth environments. He is multi-lingual and has extensive knowledge of global markets which plays an important role in Quantum’s growth across all regions. Prior to Quantum, Henk Jan held executive positions at several public and private global technology companies, including NetApp, Imperva, InfoBlox, and A10 Networks. Most recently, Henk Jan was the Vice President and General Manager of EMEA for DriveScale, an innovative composable infrastructure SaaS startup.
Tara Ilges is Quantum’s Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary. Tara’s responsibilities include managing corporate governance and the legal and human resources teams. Previously, she served as Quantum’s Senior Director, Corporate and Legal Affairs, Director, Risk and Compliance, and various other roles within the legal team since 1999. Her efforts helped Quantum win Corporate Secretary Magazine’s award for Best Governance Around a Corporate Transaction in 2022 and earn recognition as a finalist for the magazine’s Best Proxy – Small Cap award in 2023.
After graduating summa cum laude with an international emphasis bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance from Washington State University, Tara earned professional certifications as an Associate in Risk Management, Associate in Commercial Underwriting, Registered Professional Liability Underwriter, and Enterprise Risk Management Professional. She is currently a J.D. candidate at the Syracuse University College of Law and is also a member of the Chief Women’s Executive Network and the Society for Human Resources Management.
Laura Nash is Quantum’s Chief Accounting Officer and previously served as Quantum’s Controller since June 2019. Prior to that, Laura held various positions in Audit and Financial Accounting Advisory Services at Ernst & Young in both the US and the UK. Laura holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Aberdeen and a Certificate in Accounting from University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
As Quantum’s Chief Customer Officer, Willem leads the global Services, Technical Support, Training, Customer Success, and Enablement departments responsible for deploying, integrating, managing, and supporting Quantum’s end-to-end portfolio for customers and partners worldwide. Willem brings a fresh tech-forward approach to customer success based on service delivery platforms and automation, and partnering with teams across Quantum to deliver measured, best-in-class customer experience. Willem joined Quantum in November 2018 as the Chief Audit Executive (head of internal audit). He became the company’s Chief of Staff in January 2022 followed by becoming the Chief Information Officer in September 2022 where he guided the company through an ERP implementation.
Prior to Quantum, Willem was the Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance at eBay and implemented the channel compliance program at Juniper Networks. Willem started his career as an IT auditor/consultant with KPMG in the Netherlands followed by KPMG USA in San Francisco, CA.
Willem holds a master’s degree in business economics and information sciences from Tilburg University, The Netherlands. He also studied at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia.
Eric brings more than 25 years of broad supply chain experience to Quantum, managing everything from operations to developing strategic supplier technology engagements. He has deep experience with supply chains, factory operations, engineering, M&A business strategy and integration, and relationship management and has led large, highly cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects. Previously, Eric was with Seagate where he held multiple leadership roles managing global operations and the supply chain, in addition to developing strategic supplier technology agreements. Having managed operations in China and contract manufacturing facilities in Mexico, China, Singapore, and the U.S., Eric brings a global perspective and gratitude for every site and person in the worldwide supply chain. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
Natasha Beckley is the Chief Marketing Officer for Quantum. In this role, Natasha is directly responsible for Quantum’s brand and marketing strategy, partnering with teams across the organization to drive awareness, demand and growth.
Natasha has extensive experience in the industry, leading transformation with an emphasis on data-driven marketing, customer experience and integrated planning. Natasha joined Quantum in 2004, and previously held marketing roles at Sony, AppliedMicro, JNI Corp as well as agency-side positions serving Fortune 500 companies, such as Charles Schwab and Symantec, through to startups. Natasha holds an MBA from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Wales.
As Quantum’s Chief Information Officer, Jeff leads the Program Management Office and IT function across Quantum, responsible for executing on the company’s strategy and managing internal systems and processes. Joining Quantum as Senior Director of Program Management and Product Test in 2006, upon Quantum’s acquisition of ADIC, he brings over 20 years of experience in systems integration, quality assurance and program management. Previously, Jeff drove Quantum’s new product development and introduction, serving as Quantum’s Senior Vice President of Product and Engineering. Prior to Quantum, he held various systems integration and development positions in the telecommunications industry.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems Management from Colorado Christian University. In his free time, Jeff enjoys biking, paddle boarding, RVing, and pretty much anything the outdoors has to offer.

Turguy represents Quantum with LTO organizations as the technology leader, while also leading the Advanced Development Team focused in LTO technology.
Turguy is servo and signal processing technology expert, with more than 30 years of experience in researching and designing tape drives specifically LTO.
Turguy has been one of the key contributors for researching low flying heads for HDD systems. His very first patent was on the Low Drag Liquid Bearing Recoding Heads achieving sub 1-micron head to disk spacing which was one of the key technologies for today’s Disk drives. Later, Turguy transitioned to Data Tape group researching and designing Arcuate Scan, DAT and finally LTO tape systems.
Turguy was a key member of a small R&D team who was responsible for the original LTO project collaborating with HP and IBM helping the formation of today’s LTO organization and tape technology.
Early in LTO, Turguy helped design and develop reel to reel motion control systems and the actuator tracking servo algorithms. Later in his career, he managed the LTO Advanced Development Team for Quantum, and has been responsible for developing next generation data detection methods, ECC concepts including ASIC implementation and high-performance dual actuator based adaptive servo control algorithms for multi-channel tape systems. Presently, he represents Quantum with LTO organization as the technology leader while still leading the Advanced Development Team focused in LTO technology.
Turguy has more than 50 patents in the tape technology field specifically in servo control, logical and physical tape formats, data detection and erasure coding. He was selected as Technology Hall of Fame with both Seagate and Certance.
Turguy holds a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University.
Plamen Minev joined Quantum in November 2020 as Technical Director and is leading AI and Cloud related initiatives at the Quantum CTO office. Plamen is a seasoned technology and engineering leader with more than 25 years of experience building technologies and teams at startups and global technology companies with proven expertise in large scale cloud, telecom, and data analytics solutions.
Before joining Quantum, Plamen was a member of the EY-Parthenon Software Strategy Group, where he helped PE firms and large enterprises evaluate technologies and companies in the enterprise software and cloud verticals. Before EY, Plamen served as CTO at NYNJA, where he led the product and engineering, and was Head of Product at CPLANE.AI, leading all initiatives for the Hybrid-Cloud management. Before CPLANE.AI, he was Director of Engineering for Cisco Systems’ Cloud and Virtualization Group (CVG) and the Cisco CTO office.
Previously, Plamen held senior management and engineering positions at Nortel Networks, Sun Microsystems, Promatory Communications, Topspin Communications, and 1StopMove.com, and was co-founder of two companies. Plamen holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Sofia.
As Technical Director at Quantum, Marc is architect of the QBSP (Quantum Block Storage Platform) which provides Data Performance, Reliability and Availability for block storage. QBSP storage is used across Quantum's disk-based product lines: StorNext ® scale-out file system and video surveillance.
Marc is a skilled engineer and IT professional, with a strong focus on Linux, virtualization and storage technologies. Prior to joining Quantum, he spent the last 15 years in the higher education sector where he has honed his skills designing and building reliable, highly available storage and virtualization solutions for enterprise IT. Marc is also the creator and lead developer of the ESOS (Enterprise Storage OS) open source, software-defined storage platform, used in thousands of data centers worldwide for shared block-level storage. Marc obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Michigan.

Mr. John A. Fichthorn relaunched Dialectic Capital Management, LP in May 2020, where he was a co-founder and equities portfolio manager and analyst between 2003 and 2017. Most recently, he was Head of Alternative Investments at B. Riley Capital Management, LLC from April 2017 until May 2020. From 2000 to 2003, John worked at Maverick Capital as Managing Director of the technology group, and he served as an analyst and member of the technology team at Alliance Capital from 1999 to 2000. He also was an analyst at Quilcap Corporation, a short-biased hedge fund where he covered all sectors with a focus on technology from 1997 to 1999. From 1995 to 1997, John worked at Ganek & Orwicz Partners where his responsibilities included small cap research, international closed-end fund arbitrage, and operations. After graduating from college, he briefly worked at Aviation Week and Space Technology. John received his BA in Astronomy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1995. John graduated from Deerfield Academy in 1991. Don Jaworski brings more than 40 years of delivering complex systems, scaling organizations and building new businesses. Currently, he is President and Chief Operating Officer of Lacuna Technologies, Inc., a leader in software that helps municipalities to operationalize digital infrastructure and manage transportation dynamically. At Lacuna, he leads execution and is focused on delivering value to Lacuna’s customers. Prior to joining Lacuna, Jaworski was CEO of SwiftStack, Inc., an open-source cloud data management company focused on large scale data applications, which was acquired by NVIDIA. He was SVP & GM of the core platform business at NetApp, where the team focused on the transition to scale-out systems. He has also held senior leadership roles at Brocade where he was the SVP of Product and at Nokia as the GM of the Enterprise Security business unit. Jaworski’s early career included management positions at Sun Microsystems and Amdahl Corporation.
Jaworski has been an advisor and board member for a number of early-stage companies. He received a B.S. in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

She has a consistent record of positioning organizations for success, innovating technologies, shaping organizational design, and driving talent optimization.
Throughout her career, starting with Cerner Corporation and General Electric and moving to Synchrony, Nike, and most recently Cisco, Emily has continually progressed in her roles from Business Intelligence Program Manager to Global ERP Director/Data Science Director to her current role of VP Enterprise Data and AI.
Emily is passionate about community involvement and enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations and society as a whole. Through memberships on corporate boards of directors, the facilitation of university-level courses on responsible data and AI in business, and the introduction of DE&I initiatives, she strives to give back and improve relationships within organizations and beyond.
With a varied career spanning 25 years, Emily has gained global expertise in a variety of industries encompassing Health, Fitness, and Wearables, Direct-to-Consumer Retail and E-Commerce, Footwear and Apparel, CPG, Healthcare / Healthcare IT, Financial Services, and Transportation. This diverse work experience has provided her with extensive exposure and experience to different markets and verticals, and she has developed a broad global mindset as a result of working with countries around the world including the USA, Canada, India, and EMEA.
Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Shengyang Polytechnic University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Huron University, and a Master of Applied Mathematics in Computer Science at the University of Central Oklahoma. Ms. White also holds a certificate in Health Economics & Outcomes Research from the University of Washington.
Mr. Tracy has an extensive background in public company financial planning and operations. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Verifone Systems, Inc., a payment system company, from February 2019 until April 2024. Before that, from November 2017 to November 2019, Mr. Tracy served as Senior Director at Pine Hill Group, an accounting and transaction advisory firm.
From July 2015 to October 2016, Mr. Tracy held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance for TiVo Inc. (formerly Rovi), a streaming entertainment content delivery service. Before that, he was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for TE Connectivity Inc., a publicly traded electronics connector and sensor manufacturer, from June 2013 to June 2015. He also served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at ConvaTec, a publicly traded medical products and technology company, from October 2012 to June 2013. Mr. Tracy also held various senior finance roles at Motorola Inc. and its subsidiaries.
Mr. Tracy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rider University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
